We Have Your BackResolve is an employee-led, company-sponsored Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council that is focused on implementing and maintaining best-in-class DEI practices that yield positive outcomes for SOLV Energy employees and people from marginalized communities.
It's simple: We all thrive when we feel safe, valued, respected, and trusted. Our goal is to provide SOLV Energy employees across our entire footprint - from the office to the field - with greater DEI awareness and access to resources that promote a culture of inclusion where every employee feels a sense of belonging.

To illuminate our DEI path, the Cultural Corner blog series highlights diverse perspectives on career and life featuring members of our SOLV Energy team. Through these blog posts, our goal is to build awareness and encourage appreciation for our variant cultural backgrounds.
Resolve & DEI in Action Roadshow
In 2023, SOLV Energy launched the Resolve and DEI in Action Roadshow, an 18-city DEI awareness and community service campaign. Each stop of the Roadshow consisted of two parts: a Resolve workshop segment and DEI in Action service and cultural awareness activity with a local non-profit organization that serves people from marginalized communities.
Resolve Council members shared photos and reflections from their Roadshow experiences on the West Coast, East Coast, Midwest, and Bend, OR on the SOLV Energy blog.
